I've used a number of CREE which are great (just pay attention to the
two colors they offer) from HD and they've been great.  Currently
using some whatever brand from Lowes and they seem fine too.  When
shopping just be mindful of color and lumen output as there's a ton of
options and costs.  Used a few Phillips floods (indoor) and while
spendy they last a while and are much tougher than regular floods.  In
general they handle weird power issues much better.
