Multiplied Networks has a solution for that … I’ve only seen demo and it looked pretty good .. going to be building a proof of concept with their stuff in another month …

The InterNAP box is the only one I'm aware of that'll do inbound. Don't know if the they are still around. I personally don't think it is a good investment as so much of the bgp equation depends on the carrier.
