I got a couple this week from PCNation so they would have actually come from
Ingram or Techdata. At the time it was showing as “low stock, order soon” but
now they show it as “call for availability”.

Yep, if you can actually find anyone who has them in stock. They used to be
easy to find, but I can't find any for a reasonable price at the moment.

PRM4's are ~$15, and the MSRP for that is $70. So, I'm guessing they are
~$50 from a distributor?
