There are regulatory and licensing issues in 3.65 right now which makes this more difficult to answer. Are you familiar with the current regulatory environment? I'm not 100% certain you can even legally set up a new 3.65 ap right now, or what hoops you have to jump through to do so.
In regards to sync, you don't need that until the second radio.
