GTT is finally integrating their various acquisitions. There was a bit of press last month with Dan Rayburn, GTT, Free Press and M-Labs. Free Press took some M-Labs data, completely made some shit up and then blamed AT&T for blowing like no one has ever blown before... except a couple problems. Dan asked GTT to confirm the problem (GTT-AT&T interconnection). GTT said it wasn't AT&T's fault, but theirs. They are collapsing their networks into one platform and in some areas the interconnects aren't the capacity they probably should be. Nothing to do with AT&T at all. Also, that M-Labs report never existed. M-Labs publicly said that the data they collect couldn't possibly lead to the conclusions Free Press made. Free Press was called out on being full of shit, but all they did in response was call Dan a doo doo head and run away.
