Ken & Brian, Yes, "ADI communication failure" is a hardware issue and the board should be RMA'd.
"Reset due to error setting receive frequency" is a known random issue. Some fixes have gone into release 13.4 to address this. However, if it happens every boot of the radio, it can be a hardware failure and should contact support.
