They're both MMF. I bought a bunch of really cheap aqua colored 50/125 OM4 jumpers. That's better suited to laser driven optics, which is like everything now. OM4 is also good for short (intra and inter-rack) MM 10 and 40Gb links.

Read up on 62.5/125 and LED optics. Notice the 622Mbps barrier.

    I think that all depends on your SFPs.  Telrad may have specific
    SFPs they want you to use.
