I’m not sure Mikrotik is known for their tech support. But they have great resources here in the US like Butch and Dennis.
But coming from a Telco background… you’re going to opt for the bigger boys in the industry I’m sure (plus you need features I doubt Mikrotik has ever had… like DS-3 support, etc.).
