I’m not sure Mikrotik is known for their tech support.  But they have great 
resources here in the US like Butch and Dennis.



But coming from a Telco background… you’re going to opt for the bigger boys in 
the industry I’m sure (plus you need features I doubt Mikrotik has ever had… 
like DS-3 support, etc.).

I looked at them years ago, I think I may have purchased something from them, 
some wireless card.  But the whole tech support in Latvia thing put me off.  We 
were pretty much a cisco shop.
