Normally I would say "hell yea" but about a decade ago I programmed about one third of that. It took about six months and I ended up having to contact the finish up to some Ukrainian to finish it up before I ended up in a Looney bin and divorced and broke. Of course I suck at most things I do so you can probably do the whole thing in a week with some red bull.
