Huh - that’s awesome. I have a tank like that I have been trying to figure out a better mount for. Never thought of using unistrut vertical on the rails.
Look in the unistrut catalog and you should find enough parts to build something close. I’m thinking two struts vertical with beam clamps to clamp them to the horizontal banding, and then horizontal strut across with spacers (square washers) to compensate for the radius. Pipe clamps to hold the round pipe vertical.
