Seems somewhat impossible as the 430 splits pins 4 + 5 with + on one and - on the other. It also only allows 4 pins to be used for data. So even if you are not shorting out the POE you will never get more than 100 Mbps with a 430.

GigE-HV will stop your data cold if you have a ground loop somewhere causing random clamping.

Subject: Re: [AFMUG] 430APC-HV

I have tried both 430APC-HV and GigE-APC-HV on a Cambium 450i AP.
Both power the AP up and work fine at 100base ethernet. Neither will
allow the AP to negotiate to 1000base. Removing the APC surge
arrestor and replacing it with patch allows the 450i to negotiate too
1000base. Just an FYI.

What is difference between 430APC-HV and GigE-APC-HV? I have a 56
volt licensed link with a gigabit ethernet port going through the
430APC-HV without issue. I guess I should be using the GigE instead?
