I will, but need to kludge together a working prototype first.  Prove the 
concept, then try to sell the product.

Can't you buy the needed parts and configure the PCB the way you want and do it 
all yourself? Like with a built-in RJ45 input?

        We have used these to power radios off batteries for installers.  They 
are adjustable - we set them 48v out on 16.2v battery packs.

        Looking for the smallest cheapest 12 volt to 48 volt unit that will do 
20 watts.  

        Digi-Key has some but they are not cheap.  Looking for something in the 
$20 range.
