Yep, it will definitely work fine with 24v. I can't remember off hand if
I've ever tried 48v passive PoE, but I'd be really, really surprised if it
didn't work perfectly fine. I think ePMP GPS units will run off of just
about any PoE you throw at it, as long as it's not under 20v.
