If this is an actual porn addiction, it is like any other addiction. Not going to solve it by just installing an app.
Addiction though means it is compulsive and interfering with normal life. Not just doing something that someone else objects to. Something I consider a red flag is when I see hours of traffic per day to sex cam sites. My wife on the other hand is addicted to www.cuteoverload.com.
