I like my steaks basic. Slab of meat, warmed up a little bit. No additives. All
of that other stuff ruins a good steak.

There was an amazing one downtown Milwaukee called 'Sabor' which, according to
some of the reviews, was similar to Fogo. It got replaced by a Rodizio, and
Sabor was far superior to the Rodizio that replaced it in almost every way. The
only upside is Rodizio is about 60% of the price that Sabor was, but I haven't
bothered going back since they changed it. I tried it once post-change and it
was depressingly bad in comparison.

Looks like I need to hunt down a Fogo or Texas de Brazil at one of the shows..

Fogo is better than Rodizio in my opinion. Texas de Brazil is the best of the
three.

To each their own. It’s almost like splitting hairs :-D
