The Andrew mini click-on hangers (like 68MCLICK) can be put onto existing 
cable, but they get kind of expensive if you need a lot of them.

Instead of zip ties, you can cut pieces of 12 or 14 AWG solid electrical wire 
and twist them (not too tight).

Except that I am not going to be re running any cable, just planning on 
securing it again to the tower. I wish I could run everything down a cable 
ladder. If I only knew then what I know now....
