We got a pretty smokin deal at this venue. They get $4000 plus they make over $10,000 in gross food sales. We get $35 for a 27hr event. Total budget is around 8 to 10k an event so we make about that for a local charity that we choose. Just to rent tables and chairs is like $1,300.
