Cambium (before the PTP820) was Remec, correct? IDK about the PTP820/Ceregon.

DragonWave.

The interface designs are proprietary by every manufacturer. The only reason Remec became a standard was that Remec ODU’s were used by so many manufacturers for a few years. Remec basically gave away their design. This is how manufacturers protect antenna sales (distributors could buy Remec antennas direct from the manufacturers, other OEM’s do not allow the antenna manufacturers to sell the antennas to anyone but the OEM typically).

Many manufacturers have adapters from one brand to another, and worst case you could always get a remote mount kit and convert to waveguide (although with a 2ft antenna your better buying a new antenna).

What other vendors use the same mount as Dragonwave?
