There is a ROS SNMP bug that kills the routing engine, whether you poll anything with routing or not.

What is not cool is that it sometimes consumes a massive amount of CPU on the routers themselves. I'm not sure if this is a problem with Dude or a problem with the SNMP implementation in RouterOS, but it's a showstopper for me. I have other NMS' that frequently poll MT routers via SNMP and CPU usage does not spike. Solarwinds has an excellent mapping tool, but it's obviously not free. So it might not be the moment for a deciscion. Dude gets a refresh. Cambium and mimosa does a cloud solution. UBNT seems to find a path through it’s confusing strategy. I setup aircontrol2 for cpe managment of ubnt decices. Does a nice job for cpe inventory. As soon as we configure a cpe we enter it into aircontrol. At the time it gets installed we enter coordinates and a comment including the customer number. So we have a list with all cpes, their mac, product, SW release and see where they are. Additional to a inventory system we can use this to schedule FW-Updates and see customer signals and how they change.
