Not dicone, bicone.
I think you could alter this design to cover your whole range:

Or, you could use a wide band antenna like a dicone, diskcone, or a ridge
horn or log periodic if you want gain and directionality.
Do it all with one antenna.

I see the dilemma, not finding diplexers or splitters with the correct
specs.
So, a simple T would do the job.
A bit of an impedance mismatch and possibly some suck outs at certain
frequencies.
A pair of circulators feeding a T with dummy loads for the reflected energy
would be better.
One of these:

A SMA T and two SMA 50 ohm loads.

I need to feed a single coax from 2 antennas (1-3.65 and 1-5.xGHz), receive
only (spectrum analyzer).

Do you have transmit and receive all the the same circuit?
Waveguide or coax?
Are you going into a dual freq antenna or two antennas?
Need a clearer picture.

Does anyone know where I can find a diplexer that can combine the 3.65 &
5.7GHz bands?
I need one in the within 3 weeks.
