Frame utilization with 14.x on the PMP450 is freakin awesome. I'm glad
that I moved off of 13.2.1 if not for this alone.

I figure if you divide the used by the total available I should
get a frame utilization. Downlink gives me a number, but on
uplink, the two values are almost identical.
Am I monitoring the wrong thing?
