If I understand the system right, if there's no majority, congress has to
pick from the candidates with the top three most electoral votes (and there
would only be three in that scenario)
... my guess is that, in that case (depending on what the new congress
looks like), there would be a pretty good chance of ending up with Hillary
anyway, but there would be a slight chance they'd all compromise on
McMullin.
