We have used the Italian one. They do work, but as noted, they can be fragile. If your techs are ham-handed, abuse will shorten their life.

We bought two.

One doesn't power on and the second turns on but I can't get it to work. Not able to login to our cpe like we do with airgateway. Also not able to configure it using their instructions.

I need to call them and get help or send them back.
