I think regular access to quality tamales could change the world. I grew up
on canned ones, but didn't know I also grew up on reall ones at my friends
houses, when you're a kid, you just eat stuff when it's good if you don't
know what it is. I'm a lot nicer to the old lady now when I get real ones.
Like every couple years.

My wife does killer tamales. It is an all day affair and generally I have

The best tamales are the ones we get from the market up on the corner. They
make them fresh every day, and I like them "preparado" (with chilies,
guacamole, and sour cream).
