Yes, these Platinum connectors are those. We had used the Platinum Cat5e
connectors and really like the push through feature. The part number listed
below is a Cat 6/6a design that also allows for this, but a different crimper
is required. That is the other part number. We are pretty hopeful these work
better than the loading bar and non push through design.

Does anyone make CAT6 plugs where the wire goes clear through. Cannot remember
what that is called.

Funny, but this is the exact path we are following as well. We tried the
Quiktrex connectors and they were a disaster. The loading bar is far too
messy to deal with in any where but a controlled environment. Trying to
crimp at the top of a grainleg or tower, or even at the bottom in low lighting
or tight spaces is very time consuming and fraught with errors.

We spoke with Platinum and have just ordered the following two parts:
100061C - New crimper with new die
202048J - New Cat6 ends that will accommodate Cat6a as I understand it.
These are not shielded ends, but from talking with Platinum, the same end will
be available in shielded in a few weeks.

Lol. I had exactly the same discovery, opinion of the results and conversation
with Shireen. I'll look into the Platinum Tools.
