Across the border on Cerro Bola where most TV, Radio , Law enforcement, WISPs and two way radio towers are located , many have armed guards in huts next to communication shelters to keep thieves from stealing gear. Several guards have killed thieves...some towers are booby trapped as well, killing tower guys...
