Since the end of May, I have been on a zero sugar ultra low carb diet.  I 
reversed a severe diabetic situation with my A1C over 11 down to mid 5 range.  
It will most likely be a permanent life style change.

Today my wife made a low carb pizza.  The crust was made out of cheese and 
eggs.  Amazingly good.  To date I have been scraping the top off of pizzas and 
discarding the crusts.  Now I can eat the whole thing.  

If anyone is on low carb or contemplating low carb they ought to look up this 
solution.  This afternoon we are experimenting with adding baking powder to see 
if we can leaven it a bit.
