And I knew where to find my local google drive. It appears that maybe it has made a new drive/partition on my physical hard drive for the local files?

I did that. Now I have a G: drive. But it is not synching with my Google Drive. So, do I now just stop using Google drive completely? And what about my other computers, I guess I have to load this new thing on them. I made a change on the old Google Drive and the change did not show up on the new one.
