Actually I had this problem with powerbox pro if you trying to power anything over 100ft you can get low voltage and get this message because when I try to power up 3 prisms I get short circuit message because the voltage is at 21v it needs to be at lease 24v or 48v to make it correctly work. You probably need to use the 48v power supply from miktroik.
