If you're "renting" from logicweb, which is a large and known colocation/hosting/virtual server ISP, I don't know how successful you will be in getting removed from the blacklists. You can get a "new" /24 to /20 sized chunk of space removed from blacklists if it's registered to you in ARIN WHOIS, but not if it looks like a block of space that's directly adjacent to a bunch of dedicated servers in colo.
