I used to make a slotted coax h pol omni at 900.  About 9 dBi.  Was 24 inches 
long.  Nice antenna.  Not that this information does any good for you.  
It truly was a nice design.  I had a wire tap the center conductor of the 2” 
coax (made out of copper tubing) and feed the edge of a slot on the tubing.  
Feed multiple slots all the way around and up and down.  It was the most 
compact H pol 900 for the gain out there.  Hard to build though.
