I did not realize there were two totally different products they were trying to get everyone to migrate to. The nag screen just says the legacy Google Drive will stop working sometime this year. So, I uninstalled File Stream, had to search the C drive for files modified today, found where it hid the files and am now deleting about 130 GB of files. At least my old Google Drive contents on D: are still there and I re-downloaded Backup and Sync and it is now bringing that up to sync rather than a full transfer. It wants to put local content on the C drive only. If you have not made the switch, I would recommend against it. I am trying to undo this.
