Odd, we have not made those thin cards since last summer and only for a very short lived REV. The jacks were so tall that even with the thin cards and removing some of the jack shield there was still a danger of touching the adjacent card. So we went back to the older jacks.
Wonder who you got them from as that is pretty old stock. I will replace them if you want.
