This will be done before next training cycle starts. (it’s not as simple as 
putting up a PDF)

Indeed that is our challenge - our primary objective for it is as part of a 
learning package as well as giving people (and employers) who’ve shown interest 
a globally recognised way to be able to say “I am competent at the knowledge 
that underpin skills in this domain”.  Of course we’d expect people to pay for 
it - the funds of which will finance our other capacity building initiatives.
