*Jakarta* Ariel resmi menjadi tersangka dalam kasus video porno. Polisi juga
membenarkan bahwa pelaku video porno adalah Ariel, Luna dan Tari. Pengacara
minta Ariel dikasihani.
"Jangan dulu bicarakan penahanan. Kasihan dong dia," ujar salah satu tim
pengacara Ariel-Luna, Boy Alfian ditemui di Mabes Polri, Jl Trunojoyo,
Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (22/6/2010).
Mantan vokalis Peterpan tersebut menyerahkan diri ke Mabes Polri jam 3 dini
hari, Selasa (22/6/2010) didampingi salah satu pengacaranya. Namun Boy
mengaku belum melihat surat penangkapan terhadap Ariel.
"Nantilah, saya ketemu klien saya dulu," jelas Boy.
Menurut polisi pemilik nama Nazriel Irham itu dijerat dengan Undang-Undang
Pornografi. Ia dikenai pasal 4 ayat 1 dengan ancaman hukuman 12 tahun
