*Jakarta* Mabes Polri telah menetapkan Ariel menjadi tersangka dalam kasus
video porno yang beredar awal Juni lalu. Saat dikonfirmasi soal status
Ariel, OC Kaligis pun enggan berkomentar.
"Saya *no comment* dulu. Kalau banyak berkomentar nanti menimbulkan banyak
polemik," ujarnya saat ditemui di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jl. HR Rasuna Said,
Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (22/6/2010).
OC juga enggan memberi komentar soal status Luna Maya. Ia pun memilih untuk
menyerahkan kasus tersebut kepada pihak kepolisian sepenuhnya.
"Yang jelas kita akan memberi bantuan hukum yang maksimal untuk klien kami,"
ucapnya.
Saat ini, Ariel masih berada di Mabes Polri. Eks Vokalis peterpan itu pun
menyerahkan diri ke Mabes Polri karena sadar hukum.
