That sounds interesting, so your going to detect pitch + amplitude, I never really thought of that before, Ive done alot of image, but not much audio, so its a complete unexplored area for me. I'm just doing phoneme detection for speech -> text, its all I need for voice commanding my little robo. Advanced audio classification is that special program that extracts the channels of a song from just the finished mix wave, that is amazing.
