A problem is that entitles want to patent both the disease and the cure. For example, when central banks fund both sides of a war with the goal of expansion and perpetuation... Or say when governments issue too many laws where citizens are simultaneously following and breaking the law meant as a means of control… or when religions profit from both the commitance and repentance of sin.
Or when psychological normality and illness are defined to excessively overlap benefitting particular industries.
