I was responding to Steve's posts about analog computing. I was also
trying to highlight some issues in reverse-engineering the "neural
code". As I said, my post was meant to highlight a different perspective
in thinking about how to code an AI... =\

That said, I really don't know much about analog computing and don't
really understand all that much about opamps anyway. =\
