Of course they do.   They also all involve moving actuators, and
recognizing patterns in sensory data, and estimating fulfillment of goals,
and managing knowledge, and lots of other stuff.   Prediction is one of many
key aspects of intelligence; but whether one emphasizes
the prediction aspect or not, is a matter of one's taste and one's theoretical
perspective.
