Thank you for that wonderful quote! Haha.
p.s.: When I was writing about "death" I was referring to the physical
death of your body - there is no real death. Just like the player
doesn't die when Super Mario ends up in a lava pit.
Through practice we become capable of staying conscious even during
physical death. Physical death just serves one purpose: It's a reset of
the ego - a recycling of consciousness (some call it reincarnation). It
removes old belief traps and dysfunctional states from the equation so
that you (you real "you" ... not your intellect ... the "you" you are
during meditation) can become profitable (more loving, more empathic,
less inherent entropy) again during your next life-time. It's a very
smart process the overarching evolutionary process came up with in order
to facilitate (positive) consciousness evolution. Physical death is a
pruning mechanism ... and every human being can learn to master it.
Of course contemporary science can not accept this because most of
academia never actually trained their consciousness beyond the level of
a spiritual toddler. Unfortunately, the scientific method does not (yet)
accept consciousness as an interface (let alone as everything there
really/fundamentally exists). That's why it was amazing to read
"everything has consciousness" in your book ... coming from a "real"
scientist. ;-)
