If I have read your post correctly, you are referring to a collection of individual minds each with their own individual conscious theater and each having complete experiential (not mediated through language) access to the others memories, cognitive support functions, and conscious theater.  Each individual mind would have control over the creation of its own thoughts and memories.  No mind would be able to go into another mind and change anything, but would have full access to copy any content to itself.  And there would be a method of messaging between the members that would include all formats, language, stream of consciousness, memories, copies of cognitive support functions.      Novanet collective,   Novagestalt,   Novateam,   Novacreche,   Novacolony,
