The effects of Proposal 5683 appear to not be included in the SLR (as ratified).
I call for the judgment on the following: "The ratification of the Short Logical Ruleset CAN cause the text of a rule to change." Argument: Rule 105 takes precedence over Rule 1551 and claims the sole authority for changes to the Rules; thus ratification of the Ruleset CANNOT change the Rules and is wholly ineffective. I install Murphy as CotC, assuming the text of Rule 2154 includes a provision for doing so. --Wooble
