supine a CotC duty rather than automatic.

cancelable by the target within a week (to avoid voting scams)
and defining the Patent Title of Unscamster (for players who

Murphy, comex, and Levi form and register the Association of
Federated Organizations (AFO). Unlike previous partnerships,
the AFO can be controlled by any partner without any prior
consultation with the others. Murphy nominates the AFO to
succeed em as Assessor.
9/17 Peekee proposes "Get some colors", and protoes "Variables"
(date/integer/float/string values that work like switches) and
"Loser" (counterpart to the Patent Title of Champion).
comex claims to register a partnership named Big Brother without
disclosing its contract or membership.
CFJ 1741 is judged in favor of Peekee's message being generally
readable within reasonable effort.
9/18 root proposes "Early announcement of voting options" (require
vote values to be listed when an Agoran decision is initiated,
rather than when it is resolved).
Wooble initiates CFJ 1744 to determine whether Big Brother
succeeded in registering.
comex proposes "reintroduce 'players must follow the rules',
albeit at lower power" (Power = 1: in general, the rules are
adjudicated as a binding agreement between all players).
OscarMeyr attempts to flip eir Truthiness to Fool, but there is
no by-announcement mechanism for doing so.

a grid, gaining points for three or more being in a row).
Murphy proposes a revised "Refactor regulation".
Eris proposes "No enshrinement of the courts" (repeal the clause
allowing actions to be regulated by judgement).
BobTHJ becomes the first player to be judged GUILTY under the new
criminal case system.
9/21 comex initiates CFJs 1746-47 to determine whether judicial panels
are persons (due to the Partnerships rule), or would be if the
rules were re-legislated as being a binding agreement.
OscarMeyr protoes preventing players in the chokey from judging.
9/22 Distributed proposals include:
5230 (reintroduce "players must follow the rules", albeit at
lower power)

root initiates CFJ 1748 to determine whether the intended
effects of self-ratification of Agoran decisions is blocked by
the prohibition on changing the outcome of resolved decisions.
9/23 Murphy (not in this exact order):
* Judges CFJs 1746-47 false, on the grounds that panels don't
require explicit consent like contracts do.
* Leaves Human Point Two.
* Installs the AFO as Assessor, boosts its voting power,
deregisters (to let First Speaker Michael keep the record
for longest continuous registration), then initiates CFJs
1750-51 to determine whether e is still a partner in the
AFO and able to control it.
* Agrees to the Agoran Credit Union, a would-be contract
defining kopecks in the effective role of transferrable
centi-VCs.
Proposal 5224 (Re-enact perpetuity) is adopted (effectiveness
of resolution later disputed, see below).
9/24 The AFO (controlled by Murphy) proposes "Ministers Without
Portfolio" (including repealing knaves), "More types of judges"
(with Hemming-and-Hawing as default Hawkishness), "Official
frequencies", and "Implicit Switches".
Peekee protoes "Charges" (positive/negative/neutral switches;
players are only regulated by rules of the same or neutral
charge) and "Map Patterns" (a revision of "Grid"), and proposes
"Loser".
root joins the Agoran Credit Union, making it a contract, but it
may have been ineffective ("A member CAN join...")
Goethe protoes "The Tale of Agora" (call the rules Parables and
divide them into metaphors: Decision for proposals, Quest for
winning, Reality for recordkeeping, Judgement for adjudication;
players are only bound by one at a time).
comex proposes "FireRed" (lose a Red VC for proposals that get
less than half the support they would need to pass).
9/25 CFJ 1744 is judged UNDETERMINED due to lack of evidence in
either direction.

root protoes a contract "Agoran Astronomical Society" (charter
nomic with a planetary-physics metaphor).

After Wooble judges a case on the subject IRRELEVANT, root
attempts to initiate a judicial case that is both an inquiry
case and a criminal case.
Murphy protoes:
* Exit clauses (deregistering causes you to leave contracts
unless you or the contract says otherwise; contestmasters
can leave by announcement; all contracts other than
registered partnerships terminate unless a party said
otherwise during the voting period)
* Encourage contests (Yellow VCs for contestmasters awarding
points to multiple players)
* Use it or lose it (VCs decay 20% monthly)
9/28 Peekee proposes "Water and oil".
Murphy protoes "Resurrect the Notary" (define public/private
contracts and make the Notary their recordkeepor).
Zefram initiates CFJs 1754-55 to determine whether Proposals
5222-24 were adopted (5222-23 due to missing * = ADOPTED
markers, 5224 due to Murphy prepending "If the AFO is the vote
collector then it publishes this" without also prepending "If
I am the vote collector then I publish this"). They are
judged FALSE and TRUE, respectively.
root initiates CFJs 1756-57 to determine the effectiveness of
eir attempted dual-subclass case.
9/29 Proposal 5244 (Water and oil) is distributed.
CFJ 1748 is judged FALSE, on the grounds that errors fixed by
ratification are not resolutions (thus not covered by the
prohibition on changing outcomes) before they are fixed.
9/30 Proposals 5222-23 are adopted (effective this time).
Wooble deregisters.
comex proposes repealing Rule 1482 (Precedence between Rules with
Unequal Power).
