There are 45 points on offer for this puzzle, as it is the only puzzle
last week and there are currently 9 first-class players who are parties
to Enigma.

I award points for Solitaire Nomic as follows:
I award 4 points to Murphy for authoring the puzzle.
I award 0 points to Pavitra, who submitted an incorrect answer.

Pavitra's attempted solution involved mutating rule 2, when the
immutable rule 3 had a higher number.
I award 8 points to comex for the first correct answer.
I award 4 points to Wooble for a correct answer.
I award another 29 points to Murphy, because the submitter of a puzzle
with correct answers gains all the remaning points for the week.

Most of the correct answers (including Murphy's original) were based on
the theme of reversing precedence, so that the mutable rules took
precedence over the immutable ones, making it very easy to win. comex
also mentioned that it was possible to win by replacing "integer" with
"real" and using a rule numbered 0.5 to repeal all rules.

Incidentally, Murphy got 33 points from eir puzzle; people thinking
about submitting Enigma puzzles, take note.
