Unfortunately, it seems that the dependent action timeout has run out,
due to the delay in distributing and assessing the proposals. I
therefore repeat (to the public forum) the two intents above, neither of
which drew any objections the first time round.
I intend, without objection, to terminate my pledge about the timing of
resolution of the intents above, because it is no longer relevant.
I also intend, without member objection, to append the following to the
penultimate paragraph of Enigma (I will only resolve this if I have
first resolved the intents above):

If at least one point is awarded by the contestmaster due to a
Championship Puzzle whose author is not the contestmaster, the
contestmaster SHALL reveal a Specific Clue and a Generic Clue to the
author of that puzzle.

(This is fixing a bug, in which people who submitted puzzles would have
had a disadvantage in the big metapuzzle if the puzzles were
high-quality, more or less the opposite of what we want.)
