Someone pointed out that that may not count as intent, so I'll just
repost it as this:

I withdraw my intent to perform the above-quoted action.

I intend, without objection, to ratify the most recently published
Registrar's report (as of the time of the action). The scope will be to
ratify the document in its entirety as being a complete and accurate
Registrar's report.

I pledge not to perform the above dependent action if it would ratify a
document which has had a claim of error levied against, unless all
claims of error levied against it were denied by the Registrar. This
pledge automatically terminates in two weeks.
