For each case submitted to the Justiciar within the past 24 hours, I intend (without 2 objections) to change its Interest Index to 0. CFJ, disqualifying the Justiciar: If a judicial case is submitted to and accepted by the Justiciar, then the CotC CAN change its Interest Index without 3 objections.
