The portion amending Agoran Satisfaction should also be a bit more thorough;
that list of clauses is a mess.
Sorry for the late review. I had initially thought this proposal was much less
substantial than it actually is. There are a number of worthwhile and important
fixes in it; I’ll likely resubmit it as several separate proposals to help get
the changes to the less-risky rules through.
