The existing ritual contracts are Too Complicated and get in the way
of each person's individual and collective relationships with the
ritual. Here's a simplified version. The below text is intended to
be a Contract. I consent to it. I pledge to transfer 21 coins to the
Reformed Church in a timely fashion after it first has 3 or more
members.

Reformed Church of the Ritual - Candle Division ("Reformed Church")

1. Any player CAN join the Reformed Church via lighting a candle as
specified below. Any party CAN take liquid assets from this contract
via lighting a candle as specified below.

2. Any player CAN "light a candle" by announcement. Lighting a
candle has the effect of the player announcing the following in order:
 - "I consent to join the Reformed Church of the Ritual if I haven't already."
 - "I transfer 3 coins to the Reformed Church"
 - "If the ritual has not been performed this week, I transfer 7
coins from the Reformed Church to myself. I pay a fee of 7 coins to
perform the Ritual."

3. Tithing: Members are encouraged to light candles (even if the
Ritual has been performed in a week) sufficient such that the Reformed
Church maintains a few weeks' worth of ritual tributes.
